WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach me. I usually reply within a few hours during Madeira business hours (Atlantic time, GMT in winter, GMT+1 in summer). Email works for longer questions or anything that benefits from a written record.

Two important notes

I am not a booking agent. This site does not take reservations directly. If you message me asking to book a specific tour, I will point you to the operator I would book with myself. That is the editorial line and I do not bend it.

I cannot guarantee responses outside business hours. If your question is time-sensitive, the operator's own WhatsApp is faster than mine.

What I can help with

• Choosing between two operators when you cannot tell them apart from their websites
• Sanity-checking a multi-day itinerary before you book accommodation
• Flagging operator-side issues if you have already booked and something feels off
• Press, partnership, and content collaboration enquiries

What I cannot help with

• Booking reservations on your behalf
• Refunds or disputes with operators (those go directly to the operator and to RNAAT if needed)
• Real-time weather or trail-condition updates (use the operator's WhatsApp; they are watching it hour by hour)
